The fleet

A transport platform.

A fictional fleet of 180 connected vehicles supports containerised, refrigerated, general and specialized cargo across Europe's principal trade lanes.

01

Flatbed

General cargo and container movement, the workhorse configuration across the corridor for boxed, palletised and secured loads.

02

Superlink

Higher-volume general cargo and container work where a single combination can carry more than a standard trailer.

03

Lowbed

Cargo needing lowbed or specialized trailer equipment, planned with the route, permits and lift requirements considered up front.

04

Reefer

Temperature-controlled transport with monitoring equipment, sensors on temperature and door state, and alerts against operational thresholds.

05

Owned and subcontracted

Shipments run on company vehicles or vetted subcontracted trucks depending on requirements; subcontracted units are tracked on the same shipment record.

06

Fleet administration

Odometer, driver hours, inspections, insurance and EU road documentation tracked with automatic compliance alerts.

Equipment matched to cargo

Four trailer types cover the cargo profiles on the corridor, so a shipment is not forced onto whatever happens to be available.

Scaling with demand

Capacity grows with committed volume rather than ahead of it, with subcontracted units absorbing peaks without breaking visibility.

Long-haul configured

Vehicles are specified for corridor distances and fuel range, so a run does not depend on refuelling availability mid-route.
